S.F. Sorrow is Born

Summer of 1967 three records are recorded at Abbey Road Studios by Norman Smith.
They are:
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band by The Beatles
Piper At the Gates of Dawn by The Pink Floyd
and
S.F. Sorrow by the Pretty Things.

Until now I hadn't heard the Pretty Things but holy shit they are the missing link. It has a lot of the spirit and vibe of Sgt. Pepper and Piper, but stands on its own. I find it strange that the Pretty things (out of all these 3) are relatively unheard of. I'll have to look into it and find out why.
